Atlantas EFT Tapping Group

What is a Tapping Group?

A Tapping Group, or Tapping Circle, as they are sometimes called, can take many forms.  At its most basic, a Tapping Group is a place where people come together to Tap and practice EFT.  They might all have a similar goal in mind, or different goals in mind.  They may be seeking relief from a wide variety of symptoms and experiences.  They may have a performance goal in common, or a habit they are working to eliminate or begin.  The beauty of a group is that even when we are Tapping about someone else’s issue, we receive tremendous benefit ourselves.  In EFT, this is referred to as “borrowing benefits.”  Topics can vary widely, goals can vary widely, and individuals’ responses to EFT Tapping can vary widely.  It is not necessary for everyone in a Tapping Circle to be working on the same issue at the same time.

The goal of a Tapping Group can be tailored to suit its members on any given day.  Tapping Groups can be facilitated by anyone with sufficient EFT skill, sufficient group management experience and, perhaps most importantly, the ability to anticipate and manage unforeseen individual reactions to EFT Tapping.  Please be sure to ask your group facilitator about their qualifications in these areas, so you can evaluate for yourself whether the group feels right for you.

Atlanta’s EFT Tapping Group

Atlanta’s EFT Tapping Group is open to anyone interested in Tapping, regardless of your level of knowledge or expertise.  Meetings are always facilitated by an EFT Tapping expert.  This activity is sponsored by TAP INTO COMMUNITY, a non-profit 501(c)3, dedicated to bringing our community high quality and low cost EFT Tapping events, training, tools and more!

EFT Tapping is an energy healing practice now commonly used by energy workers, therapists, body workers, coaches and more.  As a result, over the past 30 years, EFT has been well-researched and found to be effective across the globe.  Most noteworthy, EFT is especially effective at resolving trauma, anxiety and phobias.  In addition, EFT resolves physical pain that is caused by or worsened by emotional distress.  Finally, EFT effectively interrupts and resolves cravings for food, alcohol and drugs.  (To read the research on EFT, please go to EFT International’s Research Page and use the drop-down menu to search by topic.)

Atlanta’s EFT Tapping Group is a small, intimate experience.  And because different people attend each month, it offers you the opportunity to meet others, practice Tapping and grow your network.  Attendees are Coaches, Therapists, EFT Practitioners and community neighbors from all walks of life.  Anyone interested in EFT is welcome.

The mission of Atlanta’s EFT Tapping Group is to create community, share information, and practice Tapping.  And because it is often easier to Tap with a group or a partner, we encourage you to treat yourself to this hour-and-a-half of self-care.  Meetings are intentionally relaxed and include snacks and drinks.

Our Group Format

Meetings start at 11 AM with a Welcome and Introductions by everyone present.  Next, we share information about events, research, and any news related to EFT Tapping.  Meetings are designed to meet the needs of those present and the agenda is flexible based on this intention.  Activities might include demonstrations, practicing in pairs, practicing in group format, sharing information, and offering support.  All participation is always voluntary.

Please email with any questions at all.
