ABOUT EFT TAPPING

EFT Tapping is a powerful combination of several therapies rolled into one.  That’s why, when used skillfully, EFT Tapping has the power to regulate our central nervous system, eliminate physical and emotional distress, and create rapid insights.

EFT Tapping combines 1) Imaginal Exposure 2) Acupressure 3) Somatic Activation 4) Amygdala/Prefrontal Cortex Rewiring & Deactivation 5) Information Processing & Reprocessing 6) Cognitive Restructuring 7) Memory Reconsolidation and 8) Eye Movement Reprocessing.

In a Randomized Controlled Trial, 6 sessions of EFT Tapping resolved PTSD for 86% of the Veterans who participated.  In another study, cortisol levels declined between 24-49% in all participants.  EFT also increases serotonin.

Can you (and your clients) afford not to use EFT Tapping?
