New Client Scheduling Information
Please read this entire page carefully – to understand how payments work, how reimbursement works, and my 2-day cancellation policy – before scheduling your first appointment.
Once you have scheduled an appointment with me, these policies will apply to our work together.

In order to reach me quickly, please email me at and include your phone number.  An email will enable me to connect with you much more quickly than if you call and leave a voice mail. You are welcome to leave me a voice mail, but this will delay my response time significantly.

Please complete all of the forms in the blue box to the right and bring them with you to your first appointment.

Please note that I do not accept insurance.  You are welcome to make your payment with an FSA card, an HSA card, a debit card, or any credit card.  For accounting reasons, I am unable to accept cash or checks.

Trauma Resolution Intensive – 3 hrs above

Trauma Resolution Intensives are ideal for women who want an individualized “workshop” to make significant progress at once. Intensives must be preceded by an Initial 55 Minute Individual Therapy appointment.

Please note that prioritizing the financial investment in your Therapy is an important part of your process. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

~ Please print out the Superbill form provided for you in the blue box on this page.
~ Complete the red fields including your appointment dates and bring it to our next appointment.
~ I will complete it, sign it and give it right back to you for submission to your insurer.
~ You may do this as often as you like.


To avoid paying in full for your cancelled or missed appointment, please notify me at least 2 Full Days prior. I will always respond and confirm receipt of your cancellation. Therefore, if you do not hear back from me, I did not receive your cancellation notice and you may be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
